1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jll4 ("jll4," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jll4 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available at jll4.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jll4, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jll4's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jll4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandatory under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino-style gaming. jll4 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jll4 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jll4 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jll4 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by jll4 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on jll4. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jll4 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Select a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify jll4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

jll4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading , incomplete, or where duplicate accounts are detected. In such cases, jll4 may, at its sole discretion, void any pending bets, cancel bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jll4 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jll4 supports the following payment channels for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jll4's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your jll4 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. E-wallet deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your jll4 account. jll4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your jll4 account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by jll4 at any time with reasonable notice.
• jll4 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• jll4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jll4 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified jll4 account in good standing and who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for jll4 bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• jll4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, jll4 will provide reasonable notice before making material changes.
• Only one bonus may be active on a jll4 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• jll4 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the jll4 Platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are random, independent, and not influenced by any prior result or external factor. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages.

• Each game on jll4 has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jll4's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• jll4 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption is identified that may have affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed and accepted by jll4 are final and binding. jll4 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been confirmed, except where a technical error as described above is identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jll4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the jll4 Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the jll4 Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to jll4 support immediately and will not be honoured.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jll4 staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jll4 Platform — including but not limited to the jll4 brand name and logo, game graphics, audio, video, text, software, user interface design, and the Art Deco visual identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of jll4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jll4 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jll4 Platform without the prior written consent of jll4.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jll4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jll4's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jll4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jll4 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jll4 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10 Responsible Gaming

jll4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. 12 Amendments to These Terms

jll4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jll4 will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jll4 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jll4 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jll4 support in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. jll4 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
